Karachi: Pakistan`s Twenty20 captain Mohammad Hafeez has said that he is confident his team can finally break the `jinx` of losing to India at ICC events, adding that they have what it takes to `go all the way` at this year`s ICC World T20 in Bangladesh.
Pakistan will play India in their opening match on March 21 before taking on Australia on March 23, a team from the qualifying group on the March 27 and will end the group stages with a clash against defending champs West Indies on April 1. According to The Dawn, Hafeez said that despite being in the toughest group of the World T20, which puts his team face to face with India, Australia and West Indies, Pakistan is not under any pressure as they have beaten all the teams in their group in the past and can go all the way this time in the tournament. Stating that his T20 squad is capable of defeating any team, Hafeez also said that his side is extra motivated to put an end to the trend of losing to India at ICC events when they take on MS Dhoni`s men in their campaign opener, adding that they will go into the match against India with lots of passion and will to win.
