Try this cultural motley in food-a fusion of the orient and the west, the plain and the spicy and the rich and the richer! Bring the health of paranthas and the yumminess of pizza direct into your plate.Ingredients: 3 ready made plain parathas ½ cup mozzarella cheese ½ tsp jalapeno 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chilly flakes Rings of half onion Salt to taste 1½ tomato sauce 1½ mustard sauce Procedure: Grate mozzarella cheese and keep aside. Spread a mixture of both the sauces on the parathas. Lavishly cover the parathas with cheese. Mix all other ingredients together and put over the parathas as toppings. Bake at 150 degrees in oven for 7 to 10 minutes. Enjoy the Italian- Indian combo hot.
