Russian President Vladimir Putin and PM Narendra Modi announced major agreements across defense, energy, trade, and strategic cooperation at the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit, further strengthening what both countries call their “Special Privileged Strategic Partnership.”

The India-Russia Summit is set for major defence announcements on the Su-57 stealth jet and S-500 air shield. India sought 100 percent technology transfer for the jets, as defence stocks watch for confirmation of the $74 billion total deal value.
