India-US Trade Talks: This comes after US President Trump imposed a 25 per cent tariff on Indian goods starting August 1, followed by another 25 per cent increase days later, citing New Delhi's continued purchase of Russian oil. 

India is actively negotiating free trade agreements with the EU, New Zealand, and several other countries, while it has already finalized deals with the UAE, Australia, and the UK.
