Afghanistan: Taliban decree for universities

The Taliban has issued a decree that girls studying in universities must come wearing abaya robes and niqab, so that their face is completely covered. Boys and girls have been asked to put veils in the middle by making them sit in separate queues. According to the Taliban order, it was ordered to have female teachers to teach the girl students.
