Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has now responded to this and he said that Rahul Gandhi should get his facts right. The deal meant to buy jets from France which would be manufactured in France and then brought to India, so the question of choosing Reliance Defence over state-run Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd to benefit the private firm does not arise.
