Former president Pranab Mukherjee will the chief guest at the valedictory function of Third Year Sangha Shiksha Varga (SSV) of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) at Nagpur on June 7.Mukherjee has given his consent to participate in the programme.
