Scope is decreasing for discussion and disagreement in the country: Amartya Sen

Nobel Prize winner Amartya Sen said that the scope of discussion and disagreement in the country is getting reduced. At the same time, he claimed that people are being sent to jail after arbitrarily imposing treason charges.
