Forehead Smoother

Place fingers on forehead, sweep outwards 10 times.

Eyebrow Lift

Lift eyebrows with fingertips, close eyes, hold 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Eye Firmer

Place fingers at eye corners, look up, form "O" with mouth, look down. Hold 10 seconds, repeat 5 times.

Cheek Lifter

Smile wide with closed lips, lift cheeks with fingers. Hold 10 seconds, repeat 5 times.

Jaw and Neck Firmer

Tilt head back, push lower lip over upper. Hold 10 seconds, repeat 5 times.

Lip Plumper

Pucker lips, smile wide with lips closed. Hold 10 seconds, repeat 5 times.

Smile Smoother

Hide teeth, form "O" shape, smile wide, repeat 6 times. Hold smile, move jaw, hold 10 seconds.

Neck And Chin Toner

Press tongue to roof of mouth, tilt head back, swallow. Hold 10 seconds, repeat 5 times.
