The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is one of the most affordable 7-seater cars in India and continues to hold its position as the best-selling model in its category.
While only 12,315 units were sold in August 2023, this figure surged to 18,580 units in August 2024, reflecting a 51% increase.
As a result, the Ertiga has now become the second-best-selling car in the country. It is priced between Rs 8.69 lakh and Rs 13.03 lakh (ex-showroom).
It is powered by a 1.5-liter DualJet petrol engine, paired with mild hybrid technology, producing 103PS and 136.8Nm.
A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard, while a 6-speed torque converter automatic is available as an option.
This seven-seater car offers a mileage of up to 20.51 km/l for petrol manual variants and 20.3 km/l for petrol automatic variants.
It also comes with CNG-fitted variants, which offer a claimed fuel efficiency of 26.11 km/kg.
