Paytm FASTag To Stop Working After March 15

As per RBI directions, customers using Paytm FASTag can utilize their balance till March 15, after which they will have to deactivate it and seek refund if any

Here are 10 steps on how to close Paytm FASTag via Paytm App

Step 1: Paytm FASTag Closure

Go to your Paytm App and login to your account

Step 2: Paytm FASTag Closure

You will find ‘FASTag’ on the top

Step 3: Paytm FASTag Closure

Select ‘Manage FASTag’ from the ‘Services’ section

Step 4: Paytm FASTag Closure

Select the FASTag that you want to deactivate

Step 5: Paytm FASTag Closure

Punch in the required details like your mobile number and other details for verification

Step 6: Paytm FASTag Closure

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Help & Support’

Step 7: Paytm FASTag Closure

Select ‘Need help with non-order related queries’ and ‘Queries related to updating FASTag profile’ option

Step 8: Paytm FASTag Closure

Select ‘I want to close my FASTag’ and press confirm button

Step 9: Paytm FASTag Closure

Select FASTag account and also select from the reasons for closing it

Step 10: Paytm FASTag Closure

Your amount will be refunded. You can't reactivate the same FASTag that has been deactivated
