Munaf Patel, a former Indian fast bowler, retired from Indian cricket due to injuries. He played for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL and later participated in the Lanka Premier League 2020, representing the Kandy Tuskers.

Unmukt Chand, the former captain of the India U-19 World Cup-winning team, announced his retirement and joined the Silicon Valley Strikers in the Minor League Cricket in the United States. He excelled in the 2021/22 season, scoring 693 runs.
