Wake Up Early

Waking up early is known to have physical and mental health benefits. She is an early riser.

Yoga

In shooting, key elements comprises of attention, control and precision. These can be obtained from Yoga asanas, meditation and breathing exercises.

Early Breakfast

She sits down for breakfast as early as 8 am, skipping breakfast is not an option for sportsperson.

Training

She dedicates 6-7 hours daily to sharpen her skills. Shooting may not seem to be physically powered sport, but it needs extensive and intensive training.

Physiotherapy

Shooting Player may need pain engagement, as well as improve on their range of motion.

Gym

She visits gym around 6-8 pm. She enjoys daily workout when there aren't any competitions going on.

Sleep Time

She wraps up her day around 10 pm. Sleeping early allows her rest for a fresh start to next day.
