Aparshakti Khurrana was born in Chandigarh on November 18, 1987, is the younger brother of actor Ayushmann Khurrana.
At school, he was active in sports and led the cricket squad for Haryana's under-19 age group. He obtained his higher studies in Mass Communication from IIMC Delhi
Started his career as a writer and actor in theatre. He has written and acted in several plays, including "Bakra", "Aahat", and "The Accidental Husband".
Made his film debut in 2015 with the film "Dangal". He played the role of Omkar Singh Dhull, the younger brother of Aamir Khan's character Mahavir Singh Phogat.
Received critical acclaim for his performance in "Dangal". He was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.
He got married to Aakriti Ahuja on 7 September 2014 and welcomed his daughter Ayra on August 27, 2021
Has since starred in several successful films, including "Bala" (2019), "Dream Girl" (2019), "Street Dancer 3D" (2020), "Gully Boy" (2020), and "Pagglait" (2020) and many more.
With his exceptional talents he became one of the most promising young actors in Bollywood today.
