Vikrant Massey is currently enjoying the success of his recent release '12th Fail' directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
Recently, he shared details about his diverse family, which includes a Sikh mother, a Christian father, a brother who converted to Islam, a Hindu wife, and himself.
He also mentioned during the interview that he believes religion is man-made.
In the recent episode of Unfiltered by Samdish, Vikrant revealed that his upbringing was filled with debates and discussions on religion and spirituality.
His brother, Moeen, embraced Islam at the age of 17, a decision fully supported by the family.
Vikrant talked about his brother and said, "His name is Moeen. My name is Vikrant. You must have thought, why he is named Moeen? He converted to Islam."
"My family let him change his religion. They were like 'son, if you are satisfied with this, you do it.' He did this when he was 17," he added.
"My mother is a Sikh. My father is a church-going Christian. He goes to church twice a week," he concluded.
