Excess of everything is bad, they say. Coffee and tea are loaded with Caffeine which can lead to acidity, digestive problems, sleep issues among other problems.

High Sugar Food

Needless to say what high intake of sugar can do to your body. So, cut down on your sugar cravings to stay away from Diabetes and obesity-related health issues.

Carbonated soft drinks

Soft drinks are loaded with sugar and caffeine content. Therefore, it's better to replace them with other healthier options like lemon juice, and green or herbal teas among others.

Saturated Fats and Trans Fats

Trans Fats are considered to be harmful to your health. Added trans fats in some food items can increase the risk of heart attacks, stroke and type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol levels. Saturated fat also increases the risk of a rise in LDL cholesterol.

Refined carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are important for a healthy and balanced diet but refined carbs, usually found in processed foods like pasta, and white bread increase blood sugar levels. Try to cut down on refined carbs.

Processed meat

It is high in sodium and nitrates which can be harmful to your health. Its consumption can also lead to coronary heart disorder (CHD) in some cases, reports suggest.

Junk Food

Who doesn't like junk food but then it comes with the worst ill effects on your health. Keep your cravings in control and switch to healthier options like nuts or fruits when wanting to munch.

Alcohol

Excessive drinking is the root cause of many diseases including liver cirrhosis and liver failure.

Fried Food

Fried crispy potato chips lover, are you? Well, try to hold that binge as too much-fried stuff is not good for a healthy body. Try to replace your binge pangs with healthier food substitutes.
