Have a healthy diet

Food with the proper amount of protein, carbs, fibre etc. makes a healthy and nutritious diet. Such a diet makes a person physically fit if followed with exercise. This diet not only keeps us physically fit but mentally too.

Do gym

To remain physically fit one must do gym or exercise. This also helps in avoiding unnecessary diseases/health issues as it makes the immune system strong.

Self-care

Self-care is a form of loving yourself which releases oxytocin in our body helping us feel relieved and keeping us mentally at peace. Self-care also keeps us physically fit as it’s a part of hygiene too.

Don’t eat junk food and consumption of alcohol/drugs

Eateries like Junk Food, Alcohol and Drugs harm our body and health. Consumption of alcohol and drugs can cause cancer and junk food can raise our cholesterol level which might result in heart attack, death etc.

Take proper sleep

our body must take a good 8-9 hours of sleep as it also needs to energize. Not taking proper sleep might result in body pain, lack of oxygen to the brain, puffiness of eyes, irritation etc.
