Don’t Do Exercise

It is always advised not to do exercise after having a meal because if exercise is done then it might result in Vomiting, indigestion and discomfort.

Don’t Drink Cold Beverages/Water

After eating a meal, we should not drink any beverage or water as it slows down the process of digestion.

Don’t overeat Desserts

Eating desserts just after having a meal might spike your Blood Sugar level and cause discomfort. Eat a small portion of it after waiting for sometime.

Smoking

It is harmful in general but smoking directly after having a meal might increase acid in the stomach and lead to vomiting.

Taking a Nap

We should not take a nap after having a meal as it can create discomfort and heartburn. It can also cause acid reflux.

Don’t take shower

After a meal, showering is a bad idea as the blood surrounding the stomach travels around the body to balance the temperature which makes the digestion slow.

Don’t Eat Fruits

Eating fruits after having a meal is not worth it as the chances of absorption of nutrients from the fruit reduces.
