Store Your Toothbrush Upright

Once you’re done rinsing your toothbrush, let it air dry by standing it upright.

Don’t use too much pressure when brushing

Putting a lot of pressure on your toothbrush, it causes the bristles to bend causing your toothbrush to become less effective.

Rinse your toothbrush after (and before) brushing

You can get rid of any debris that may not have been removed earlier.

Replace frequently

If your toothbrush isn't in good condition, your teeth will not get a sufficient enough clean| Replace every 3-4 months.

Let your toothbrush breathe

Allow your toothbrush to air dry in between uses and store upright in a clean position, away from other brushes.

Sharing isn't caring

If you find yourself frequently staying over at a friend or partner's house, leave a second toothbrush to keep things hygienic.
