Massage your scalp

Massaging the scalp with oil, especially with Rosemary oil helps hair grow back and better blood circulation promoting healthy hair growth.

Don’t use heating products

Products like hair curlers, hair straighteners etc. use a lot of heat that damages and sucks the protein out of our hair. So, avoid using them often.

Trim Hair

For healthy and voluminous growth, you should cut/trim your hair from time to time. Don’t use home scissors for trimming.

Use silk pillow covers and silk hair ties

We should always silk pillow covers and hair ties as they reduce friction in hair and prevent hair breakage.

Gently Clean Your Hair

Clean your hair with cold water, shampoo and conditioner which reduces the breakage of hair. The shampoo must be Sulphate Free as Sulphate makes our hair rough.
