Chandrayaan-3

India's lunar mission Chandrayaan-3 made history by performing a'soft landing' on the Moon's south pole, making India the only country to have done so.

Aryabhata

ISRO launched the first satellite, Aryabhata, on April 19, 1975. Which was an experimental satellite used to gain experience in spacecraft operation.

Mars Orbiter Mission: Mangalyan

The Mars Orbiter project is India's first interplanetary project, with the goal of orbiting Mars in an elliptical orbit. India is the first country in the world to have done so on its first try.

SLV-3

A.P.J Abdul Kalam was the project manager for the SLV-3. It was India's first indigenous and experimental launch vehicle. As of now, only six agencies, including ISRO, have done so.

Launching Of 104 satellites

ISRO made history when it launched 104 satellites. It achieved the record for the most spacecraft launched on a single rocket.

GSLV

ISRO successfully launched the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV) heavy rocket in 2001. There have been ten GSLV launches to far.

Chandrayaan 1

The first lunar probe vehicle launched by India was Chandrayaan. Despite the fact that it was scheduled to orbit for two years, it only operated for 312 days, completing 95% of the stated objectives.

Satellite-Navigation System

ISRO developed India's own GPS system for sea navigation, vehicle tracking, and other purposes. This will provide two types of services: open source and restricted and encrypted source.
