The twenty-four year old Gauravi Kumari is the daughter of Jaipur Princess Shri Diya Kumari Sahiba of Jaipur who is also part of the Indian parliament. Princess Diya Kumari is a sitting MP from the Rajasmand seat.
Gauravi Kumari completed her graduation in media and communication from New York University.
Gauravi Kumari is the co-founder of Princess Diya Kumari Foundation (PDKF) retail store in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The retail outlet showcases products crafted by women working with Princess Diya Kumari Foundation.
She made an appearance at the Le Bal debutante ball in Paris in 2017.
Gauravi has immense love for handicrafts, and is also a collector – her private quarters in Chandra Mahal have walls lined with miniature paintings, blue pottery and enamelware.
As the co-founder of the PDKF store, she attends a number of fashion events across the globe. She was also one of the attendees of the Dior Fall 2023 fashion show in Mumbai. Other than that, Gauravi interned at the New York-based ‘Paper’ magazine after her schooling from Ajmer’s Mayo College Girls School.
Princess Gauravi Kumari enjoys wearing traditional Rajasthani clothing, and often likes to give her Instagram followers an insight into traditional festivals being celebrated in Jaipur such as Holi, Teej, and Gangaur.
