The BJP announced a Rs 5 meal scheme for all. The scheme is named after religious guru Anukul Chandra.
The manifesto said that the Balika Samriddhi bond of Rs 50,000 will be given to every girl child.
The BJP promised that Pradhan Samajpati of the indigenous tribe will get Rs 5000 honorarium allowance.
It also promised Rs 6000/year financial assistance to fishermen and Rs 3000/year financial assistance to landless farmers.
The BJP said Rs 5,000/year will be given to Janjatiya families. It also promised two LPG cylinders free to all beneficiaries.
It also promised to increase PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, to Rs 8000 with the state's assistance of Rs 2000.
BJP promised more legislative, executive and financial powers to the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC).
The BJP manifesto remained silent about providing jobs or increasing pension and dearness relief for the state's 1.9 lakh govt employees.
Elections to the 60-member assembly in Tripura is slated for February 16.
