To paint the cells use a format painter tool. The one which looks like a paint brush.
Add more space in the same line by using the key Alt+Enter or simply just choose the wrap text option under the home tab.
Manual filling the large no of columns can be frustrating. Use Ctrl+A to select all then tap Alt+HOI. You can find the commands by Home > Format > Autofit Row Height or AutoFit Column Width.
This will automatically identify the pattern and start filling it as the same. This works if the top row is a unique header.
If you want to select the data then use Ctrl+shift this will select the data you want to drag or edit.
Multiple cells but same data. Select all the cells/columns you want to edit then write in the last cell and press the key ctrl+enter.
Right-click on your completed chart, select 'Save as Template', and save it as a .CRTX file in your Excel Templates folder.
Select the data, go to insert tab and select pivot table and create the table drag all the data.
If you want to analyse the data. Just select all the data and click on the Quick Analysis box that appears on the lower right.
