Chocolate

Chocolate has theobromine and caffeine, both of which are toxic for dogs and cats. Having chocolate can cause vomiting, diarrhea, seizures or even death in dogs and cats.

Onion and garlic

Onions and garlic are commonly found in most kitchens. But did you know that they can be toxic to your pet dogs and cats? So much so that they can damage the red blood cells and can even cause anaemia in them.

Grapes and raisins

Grapes and raisins are highly toxic for dogs and cats even having small amounts of it can be led to kidney failure in them.

Xylitol

Xylitol is a chemical which is often found in sugar-free gums, candies, and baked food items. While xylitol is a sugar substitute, it leads to rapid insulin release which can cause hypoglycemia and even liver damage and failure in dogs and cats.
