Upgrade from store-bought: Peel and chop six tomatoes, mix with garlic, red onion, coriander, green chilies, lime juice, and olive oil for the perfect corn chip dip.

A Syrian dip with roasted peppers, walnuts, and pomegranate molasses. Blend with onion, garlic, oil, and breadcrumbs for a flavorful, make-ahead option. Ideal with flatbreads.
