If your skin is dry, then avoid a cleanser which foams, has colour and fragrance
If your skin is oily, then use niacinamide containing serum
If your skin is dry, use hyaluronic acid serums
Use a sunscreen
If your skin is acne prone use salicylic acid containing serums
If you oily skin with blemishes use glycolic acid based serums or creams.
Eat food rich in anti-oxidants for a glowing skin like amla, orange and lemons
Exercise regularly. The sweating from exercise will naturally unclog the blocked pores of skin giving a nice glow
Regular sun protection – if you are suffering from pigmentation and sunscreen needs to be used once every 5 hours even when indoors.
Use Vitamin C serum for glow and shine on skin
For shrinking open pores and fine lines use retinol
Have a relaxed sleep of minimum 7-8 hours everyday to reduce under eye dark circles and eye bags.
