Vada Pav

Special evening snack coming from the streets of Mumbai, made by putting a potato cutlet inside the bun and garnished with green chillies, tamarind and mint chutney (sauce) creating a spicy experience.

Rajma

Special North Indian dish made by soaking red kidney beans overnight and mixed with lots of spices in its gravy. It can be eaten with both Rice and chapati. Also contains a lot of fibre, magnesium and iron.

Dhokla

Tasty dish emerging from Gujarat is very spongy, sugary and savoury at the same time. Made with chickpea batter and is garnished with coriander, green chillies and coconut. Full of protein and low in calories.

Sarson da Saag

Special dish of Punjab mostly cooked in winters and is eaten with Makkai ki roti (corn flour chapati). Made with mustard leaves, green chillies, spinach, ginger, salt etc. Full of proteins, calcium and carbohydrates.

Shahi Paneer

Dish packed with protein is made by adding many spices, paneer (made by fermenting milk), red onions, tomato paste etc. Made mostly on any occasion or event and is eaten with chapati.
