As per Vastu, a mirror should never be kept in the bedroom as the reflection of the bed in the mirror can cause problems in your married life.
If it is important to place the mirror in your bedroom, keep it facing East or north.
If you want to attach a mirror on your ceiling as a part of home decor then place it in the south-west direction for great results.
The mirror should never be kept in front of another mirror or kitchen, doing so can create tension among the people of the house according to Vastu.
Broken mirrors are considered as a token of bad luck, negativity or misfortune and therefore you should never keep broken or cracked mirrors in the house.
According to Vastu Shastra, the mirror in the bathroom should always be placed in the east or north direction.
