Leave whole moong & soak in water for 3 hours, remove water, cover with a lid, leave them in the strainer in a warm place add green chilli, ginger, spices, mix with atta & make thepla.
Add the beetroot, red chillies, cumin & blend quickly until coarse, then add in roasted oats, rava (suji), salt, 2 cups of water & blend.
Blend 1/2 cup masoor dal with 1/2 cup of water in the jar and grind until you get a smooth batter. Add salt to taste, and mix well.
Grate 2 cups of moong sprouts, green chillies, small ginger, 6-8 garlic cloves & coriander leaves.
Mix 1/2 cup whole green moong, 2 tbs rice, spinach & coriander leaves, green chillies, 1 tsp chopped ginger & salt to taste.
