All purpose flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Ginger , Brown Sugar, Sugar Powder, Vegetable Oil, Yogurt, Vanilla Extract, Milk and Carrots.
First step is to preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grate carrots along with ginger and cinnamon.
Now take a bowl and add flour along with baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger and whisk it together.
Now take another bowl and add brown sugar along with sugar powder, oil and yogurt. Also add milk and vanilla extract and whisk until it’s smooth.
Slowly mix both the mixtures along with grated carrots and nuts of your choice and mix lightly.
Now take a muffin and slowly add the batter into it and bake it for 18-20 minutes until cooked.
Your delicious muffins are now ready, let it cool and enjoy.
