Introduction

‘Man’s Search For Meaning’ is a book written by Victor Frankl in 1946 which is based on his own experiences from Nazi concentration camps during World War II.

On Adaptability

Frankl says that you can get adaptable to everything and anything, it just takes some time and patience. Even in the worst of situations, you will survive.

On Hope

The author says that hope doesn’t mean wishing for a better future but having enough hope that you will get through it all. Hope is necessary to sustain.

Having confidence in yourself is great but don’t waste your energy and time on things that you can’t control and you must have courage to accept that there are some things that are out of your control.

One should not obsess over their results so much that they forget about the present, one should surrender and keep working hard.

Some sufferings are unavoidable but that doesn’t mean that they are bad. It will always lead to something better.

On Human Kindness

Kindness is found everywhere so if someone is mean to you, don’t take it too personally and chill because they might be going through something.
