Need something healthy, tasty and easy? Try avocado toast also known as Guacamole Sandwich is flavorful and healthy made with bread, avocado and your favorite toppings.
We need Ripe avocado, bread (whole grain or garlic bread recommended), lemon, onions, butter, salt and pepper and your favorite seasoning and toppings.
Take the butter in a pan and toast your bread slices until they are golden brown.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the exterior shell and scoop the avocado in the bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork, add chopped onions and then add lime juice and then salt and pepper according to your taste.
Now spread the avocado mix on the toasted breads evenly in a good amount.
Now you add your toppings, you can add cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, mushrooms, cheese and seasonings.
Serve the toast in your favorite dishes and garnish it with coriander. Enjoy your meal.
