Gather Ingredients

Oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and chocolate chips are required. Before you begin, make sure all of the ingredients are prepared and measured.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C, or 350°F. The ideal texture and even baking are achieved by preheating the cookies.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix the oats, flour, baking powder, and a small amount of salt together in a bowl. By doing this, you can be sure that the flavors and textures of your cookies are just correct.

Cream Butter and Sugar

Creamy butter and brown sugar should be combined in a separate basin. When creamy, add the eggs and vanilla extract and blend again. The cookies have a soft, chewy texture as a result.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
