Rinse And Soak

First, rinse the moong dal and soak it in water overnight. Next morning drain it and set aside.

Blend

Blend the soaked moong dal with onions, coriander, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, and red chili powder.

Mix

Mix the blended mixture with lemon juice and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Small Balls

After 15 minutes shape the mixture into small balls and flatten them into pakoda shapes.

Heat oil

Heat oil in a pan and deep frying it over medium heat.

Fry

Fry the pakoda in a pan until it turns golden brown and crispy.

Serve

Serve yummy hot pakoda with green mint chutney.
