Ingredients:

Sliced Onions, Salt, coriander seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, oil, sliced green chilies and besan.

Step 2:

Now take a bowl and add all the spices along with the onion, besan and chillies and mix them well with your hands.

Step 3:

Add water in the mixture to maintain a consistency not too runny and not too thick.

Step 4:

After mixing and creating batter of Kanda bhajiya it’s time to fry.

Step 5:

Heat the oil and maintain the temperature at the medium flame.

Step 6:

Make small size fitters and fry them in the oil till it gets a nice brown colour.

Step 7:

Serve them hot spiked with some chat masala. You can pair it up with chutney and chai.
