Sliced Onions, Salt, coriander seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, oil, sliced green chilies and besan.
Now take a bowl and add all the spices along with the onion, besan and chillies and mix them well with your hands.
Add water in the mixture to maintain a consistency not too runny and not too thick.

Make small size fitters and fry them in the oil till it gets a nice brown colour.
Serve them hot spiked with some chat masala. You can pair it up with chutney and chai.
