Prepare Ingredients

Assemble the yogurt, bread slices, oats, veggies, and toppings of your choice.

Toast Bread

Toast bread slices lightly until both sides are brown and crunchy.

Make Oats Mixture

Make a smooth paste out of the oats, yogurt, chopped vegetables, and spices.

Disperse the mixture

On one half of the toasted bread, evenly distribute the prepared oat mixture.

Make toast

Place bread mixture side down in a hot pan and fry until golden brown.

Turn over Gently

For extra crispiness, flip the bread over and fry the plain side.
