Add a pinch of salt, water, and whole wheat flour.
For the paratha filling, peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
The leaves of the bathua (chenopodium) should be cleaned and ground into a smooth paste.
For the filling, mix the bathua paste, salt, spices, and mashed potatoes.
Flatten the dough into little discs after dividing it into balls.
Seal the dough disc into a ball after placing the filling inside.
On a heated tawa, roll the filled dough into a paratha and cook.
