Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's hot when ready for baking.
Peel and mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth with a fork.
Combine the mashed bananas with 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla.
In another bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Fold in 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips and 1/3 cup butterscotch chips into the batter.
Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, making sure it’s well mixed.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45–50 minutes. Let cool.
