Properly clean the vegetables and chicken with lukewarm water. Take the chopping board and chop the veggies.
Boil the chicken and add a pinch of pepper and salt to it. To make it aromatic add ginger and chili garlic paste.
Mix well all the ingredients until it makes a smooth dough, make sure to knead well so that no lumps are formed.
Roll out the dough into thin circles or squares.
Add all the chicken filling with soy sauce in the center of each circle.
Using a rolling pin flatten the circles. Bring the edges close and secure them to make a momo.
Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes and fry until they get golden brown. Mix the tomato ketchup and chili sauce with soy sauce and lemon juice to make chutney. Serve the hot momos and enjoy the delicious taste.
