Start by boiling the noodles and drain it once it’s perfectly done and set aside.
Take out a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped onions, and green chilies. Sauté it until onions turn golden.
Add chopped tomatoes and carrots to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Pour in the water or broth, soy sauce, and season it with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
Stir in the spinach and cooked noodles. Let them simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Gently place the prepared 8-9 momos into the soup. Let them warm up for 2-3 minutes, absorbing the soup’s flavors.
