Jaw Chewing

Move your jaw as if you're chewing, but keep your lips closed. Then, open your lips wide and hold for a few seconds.

Lip Pull

Push your bottom jaw out to raise your lower lip as far as possible. Hold for a few seconds then repeat.

Blowing Air

Sit with your back straight, lean your head back, and blow air into your lips. Repeat a few times.

Chin Lifts
