Countdown:

If you are upset or feeling angry then Count down from 10 (or 100) slowly by taking deep breaths in between each number. By the time you reach 1, your heart rate will slow and your anger will fade.

Take a Deep Breathe:

When you're angry, your breathing gets faster and shallower. To calm down, breathe slowly and deeply in through your nose, and out through your mouth. This helps to slow down your heart rate and reduces anger.

Walk Around:

Go for a walk, ride a bike, or do some exercise. Physical activity helps to reduce the anger and stress, and it is good for your mind and body health.

Listen Good Music:

Just put in your ear buds or slip out to your car. Listen up your favourite music and hum with it, you see your anger will go away in minutes.

Take a Break:

Take a timeout! Sit alone, away from others and give yourself a break. This quiet time helps you to process your thoughts and feelings, and can even become a helpful habit in your daily routine.

Stretching:

Simple movements like neck rolls and shoulder rolls can help you to calm your body and emotions. No special equipment needed, just take a minute to stretch and relax.

Write a Journal:

If you can’t able to express your feelings then try to write them down. Putting your thoughts and feelings on paper can help you to process and calm down. It's a great way to understand what's bothering you.
