bring one knee towards your chest like you're climbing a mountain, then quickly switch legs and repeat. Keep that core tight

Power Pedal:

Do this workout utilising the pedal. Move your legs as fast as you can

Bodyweight:

Holding your body weight or using it while doing the workout. Such as squats, planks and leg raises.
