Pain is a part of life but pain is beautiful, one must embrace the pain but we suffer by our choice. It’s not the problem that affects us, it’s our reaction that affects us.
Nothing else can make you happy, only you can make yourself happy. The book teaches us that we should not depend on external factors for our happiness.

All you have right now is a ‘present’. So unnecessarily focusing on the past and future will not help but will exhaust you. So focus on your present.

It’s not love if it’s conditioned. If you add certain expectations and conditions on your love then don’t call it love. True love flows freely without any prejudices.
