Groin Kick

If someone is rushing at you from the front, a groin kick may carry enough power to disable your opponent and allow you to flee.

Palm Strike

This action may harm the nose or throat. This will make the attacker stagger backward, allowing you to escape their hands.

Hammer Fist

Strike the attacker's nose, jaw, or collarbone with the bottom of your fist.

Elbow Strike

If your attacker is near and you are unable to generate enough momentum to deliver a powerful punch or kick, apply your elbows.

Bear Hug Escape

This technique is best used when the attacker is approaching from behind. Concentrate on going down and making room to release yourself.

Escape with hands trapped

To escape a grab, twist your wrist towards the attacker's thumb.

Knee Strike

To hit the groin, raise your knee and aim for a sensitive and effective target.
