Thirst

The first and most common sign of Dehydration is feeling thirsty. When dehydration is increased, the body sends the signal to the brain to increase the thirst.

Fatigue/Dizziness

When we don’t drink enough water, we sometimes feel fatigued or dizzy. Some people might faint because of dehydration.

Decreased Urination

Our washroom breaks decrease when we are dehydrated as there is less to no water in the body.

Water helps in keeping our skin glowy and hydrated. Not drinking enough water might cause our skin to become Dry or Itchy.
