We need very simple and easily available ingredients to make a delicious mac and cheese, we need: Elbow Macaroni, All purpose flour, Milk, Shredded Cheese, Butter, Salt and Seasoning.
Boil the water and add little salt in it and then boil until 80% cooked and then drain the water.
Put a saucepan on a low flame and add butter and then add the flour and cook it for 1-2 minutes until it's a little golden.
Add the milk slowly while whisking it and remove all the lumps and stir until it has a thick and creamy texture for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt according to your taste and seasonings like black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
Now add a lot of cheese (according to your taste) and melt it until it’s looks smooth and creamy.
Now add your cooked macaroni in the and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame so macaroni is all covered in the sauce.
Serve hot and for extra kick top it with extra cheese and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes and garnish it with oregano.
