To make homemade white chocolate, you’ll need cocoa butter, powdered sugar, milk powder, and vanilla extract.
Start off by melting cocoa butter, place the cocoa butter in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally until fully melted.
Once the cocoa butter is melted, it’s time to add the powdered milk and powdered sugar into the melted cocoa butter.
For a touch of flavor, add vanilla extract to the mixture.
Keep stirring the mixture until it's smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
Once the mixture is smooth and well-combined, pour it into chocolate molds.
Allow the chocolate to set and harden. Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
