Start off by gathering essential ingredients such as cashew nuts, sugar, cardamom powder, ghee and saffron strands.
In a blender grind the cashews into a fine powder. Make sure it's smooth.
In a non-stick pan, combine the sugar and water. Heat it on low to medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
Slowly add the ground cashew powder to the sugar syrup while stirring continuously.
Continue cooking the mixture for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken.
Once the dough is thick enough, transfer it to a flat surface greased with ghee.
Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into diamond-shaped pieces.
